WINTER Band Concerts for Middle School
December 1st Monday 6th Grade (2nd period ONLY) + 7th Grade band
December 2nd Tuesday 6th Grade (6th period ONLY) + 8th Grade band
Concert attire (what you wear) is Black and White formal wear.
examples: White button down shirt and black slacks, black or white dresses.
SPRING Band Concerts for Middle School
March 11th, Wednesday 7:00pm : HS Percussion Ensemble “Night of Percussion” concert
March 12th, Thursday 7:00pm : 8th Grade and HS onlY
May 6th, Wednesday 7:00pm : 6th Grade (both classes) and HS only Spring concert
May 7th, Thursday time - TBA : 7th and 8th Grade only “Fine Arts Festival” concert
ALL CONCERTS IN DISTRICT AUDITORIUM

Listening Journal : choose a Youtube video of a musical performance, answer the questions of the "listening Journal" on a google doc, document the Date, title of musical performance, group or artist.
Band students should continue to practice throughout the week and document time and content of practice sessions on their log.
