Chloe McFarland
Marching Band Sponsorship Fund
dedicated on October 21, 2016
During a home football game on October 21, 2016, the Edgewood Band Boosters and Edgewood Marching Cougars took a few minutes to remember a dear friend who lost her battle with cancer just after her 14th birthday, in April of 2015.
Chloe McFarland was a member of the Edgewood High School Marching Band in 2014. She loved playing clarinet in the band, enjoyed her family and many friends, and lived her life to the fullest. She touched many lives with her warm, wonderful laugh, and encouraged hearts with a quote she was known to say often: “We’re all a little broken, and that’s OK.” The Chloe McFarland Marching Band Sponsorship Fund was created in Chloe's name to help students who might not otherwise be able to participate in marching band. Chloe loved music, loved her band family, and we think she would be happy to know we created this fund in her name, so that other students can have an opportunity to enjoy marching band as much as she did. Please consider donating to this fund in memory of Chloe. We will remember Chloe forever, and she will always be in our hearts. |
